What age can I use the nest from?

The nest is designed for newborns and young babies up to around 12 months, or until your baby can roll from their back to their front unaided.
Does my baby always have to be supervised in the nest?

Yes, the nest is only intended for supervised use and doesn't replace a cot, a crib or a safe sleep surface for night-time sleep.
Can I use the nest in a cot or on the sofa?

The nest is light and can be placed in the cot, on the sofa or on the bed, so you always have a safe spot for your baby nearby.
How does the tilt help with reflux and wind?

The 15 degree tilt raises your baby's upper body slightly, which can reduce posseting after feeds and ease the discomfort of trapped wind.
