Shipping policy

At Tryjunior it's all about safety, care and good experiences, from the first click until the parcel is at your door. When you order baby products from us, we make sure delivery is simple and transparent so you can focus on what matters most.

We cover all delivery costs within Denmark and the United Kingdom. That means your order is sent without any extra delivery fees. Delivery is currently available to addresses in Denmark and the United Kingdom, and every order is packed with care before it leaves our warehouse.

Order processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before being shipped

Delivery time

• Shipping typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch
• The total delivery time is usually 4–9 working days

Order cut-off
Our daily order cut-off is 15:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Copenhagen), Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after this time are processed the next working day.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the parcel all the way to your door.

Possible delays
We always do our best to meet the stated delivery times. During busy periods or in unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistics issues, delays can occur. Should that happen, we will of course keep you updated.
