Refund policy
At Tryjunior we know how important it is to feel safe when buying products for the little ones. We want you to always be able to shop with peace of mind, so we've made our return and refund process simple, fair and clear.
Right of withdrawal and return period
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Exercise your right of withdrawal under EU law (Directive (EU) 2023/2673).
Conditions for returns
For a return to be approved, the following must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
- All original packaging must be included
- The product must show no signs of use, wear or damage
How to start a return

Return shipping
Return costs are paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking so the parcel can be traced along the way.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for another size or another product, that's possible. Contact us at support@tryjunior.com and we'll help you with the process.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund is processed within 7 working days. The refund is returned to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional days to complete the transfer.
Fees
We do not charge any fees for returns.
