No. The version sold here is called 'Bez markerow tekstylnych', which means without fabric pens. The pens in the photos are not part of this option.
Can the designs be washed off and coloured in again?

That isn't documented. It also depends on the pens; repeated washing out isn't promised.
Which themes can I choose?

The style options are unicorns, space, princesses, tools and trucks, mermaids and ice cream. Not every design in the gallery is available as a current option.
