Is a fishing rod included?

What is the play about?

The fish lie on the mat, and your child scoops them up with the spoon and puts them in the cups. The cups have numbers, so the play can extend to counting and sorting by colour, and that's what makes it last longer than the catching itself.
Can it be used in the bath?
