Materials, care and size

MATERIALS
Wood with magnets in the ends of each carriage. The material appears in the photos, not in the product text.

SIZE
The whole train measures about 70.5 cm assembled. Each carriage is about 5.5 cm tall and 5.5-6.5 cm wide.

VERSIONS
Letters (A-Z) or numbers (0-20 plus plus and equals signs). Note: the letter version appears as 'Bokstaver' in the version picker, which is a spelling error.

ALPHABET
The letter set covers A-Z. There is NO AE, OE or AA, so your child can't spell every Danish word with the set.

TRACK
The title mentions track, but the maker's images show only the carriages. Email us before you order if you're counting on track being included.

AGE
2-5+ years.

CARE
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Don't put the wooden parts in water.

SAFETY
The carriages contain magnets. Throw a carriage away if the magnet works loose, and keep the set away from children who put things in their mouths.
Are AE, OE and AA included?

No. The letter set covers A-Z, the Latin alphabet without the three Danish letters. Your child can spell many words and their own name, if it doesn't contain AE, OE or AA, but it isn't a complete Danish alphabet.
Is track included?

We can't confirm that. The title mentions track, but the maker's photos show only the carriages. Email us before you order if the track matters. The carriages can be pulled across the floor without it anyway.
Do the carriages fit an ordinary train set?

The maker doesn't state the track gauge. Many wooden train sets use the same standard, but we won't promise that these particular carriages run on the set you have at home. Email us with the brand of your track and we'll check.
What can my child use them for?

The letter set is used to spell names and short words by linking the carriages in order. The number set is used for counting, sorting by size and laying out simple sums with the plus and equals signs, and for simply running a train.
