CARE
Take the tips off and rinse them in warm water after every use. The device itself mustn't go in water. Wipe the outside.

The product doesn't replace a medical assessment. Contact a doctor for persistent symptoms, fever, breathing difficulty or blood in the mucus.
How strong is the suction?

There are five levels to choose from. Always start on the lowest and only turn it up if you need to. On a baby it's rarely the strength that solves anything. A gentle suction a couple of times is usually enough.
Can it be used while my baby sleeps?

The maker highlights that it runs quietly, precisely so it can be used on a sleeping baby. In practice it depends on the baby. If it works, it's often the easiest moment, but rather wait than wake a baby who's finally asleep.
How do I clean it?

Take the tip off after every use and rinse it in warm water, ideally with a little mild washing-up liquid. Let it dry completely before it goes back on. The device itself contains electronics and a battery and mustn't be rinsed. Wipe the outside.
How old does my baby need to be?

The maker says 0-6 years, so from newborn. The smaller your baby, the lower the setting you should use and the shorter each go. If you're unsure how to use it on a newborn, ask your health visitor or doctor first.
