What does the costume consist of?

One all-in-one suit with a hood, a tail and whatever details that particular dinosaur has: spikes, frills or wings. The maker states 1 x costume and doesn't mention accessories like gloves or foot covers, so expect the suit alone.
Can it be used for anything besides carnival?
