Materials, care and size

MATERIALS
Soft cotton, quilted. Sleeveless design with a fastening at the bottom.

SIZES (choose by your child's height)
65-75 cm - about 6-12 months
75-85 cm - about 12-24 months
85-100 cm - about 2-3 years
100-115 cm - about 3-4 years
110-125 cm - about 4-5 years
120-135 cm - about 5-6 years

Note that the maker's own chart overlaps between the two middle sizes. If your child falls in the overlap, choose the smaller if they're slight and the larger if they're sturdily built, or email us.

WARMTH
The maker doesn't state a TOG rating. The sleeping bag is described for the in-between seasons, so spring and autumn. Email us if you need a specific figure before you order.

CARE
No washing instructions come with the product data. Follow the label in the sleeping bag.

SAFETY
Choose a size where the neck opening fits closely, so your child can't slip down inside. Don't use a duvet and pillow along with the sleeping bag for the youngest, and put your child on their back.
How warm is it?

The maker describes it as a sleeping bag for spring and autumn but unfortunately doesn't state a TOG rating, and we won't guess at one. Expect to combine it with sleepwear to suit the season: a body in spring, long-sleeved pyjamas as it gets cooler.
Which size should I choose?

Choose by your child's height, not their age. The sleeping bag has to fit closely at the neck and under the arms so your child can't slip down inside, while still having room at the bottom to kick. If you're unsure between two sizes, email us with your child's height.
Can my child walk around in it?

No. It's a sleeping bag with a closed bottom, not a suit with legs. It's meant to be lain in, and your child needs to come out of it before getting out of bed, as with any sleeping bag.
Which designs does it come in?

Three: pink with a forest and animal design, blue with a space and rocket design, and yellow with a forest and animal design. All three are the same model with the same cut and the same quilted cotton. Only the print and the edging colour differ.
