These baby shoes are developed to support the child during their first steps. The soft and flexible construction provides good freedom of movement, while the design is suitable for small, developing feet. The non-slip sole helps the child with better stability during play and exploration.

Materials, care and size

MATERIALS
Soft knitted fabric with an embroidered animal face and a stitched-on, flexible patterned rubber sole.

CARE
Hand wash or machine wash at a low temperature. Air dry. The rubber sole won't take high heat in a tumble dryer.

SIZES
18-19, 19-20, 21-22, 22-23 and 24-25.

HOW TO MEASURE
Measure your child's foot from heel to longest toe standing up, and add 0.5 cm.

DESIGNS
Beige, khaki, blue and yellow with animal faces.
Are they for indoors or outdoors?

They're meant for indoors and for short trips, for instance to and from the pram. The sole is soft and non-slip, but it isn't built for walking on tarmac and gravel for long.
Do they stay on the foot?

Yes. The knitted ankle sits close, so they stay on even when your child crawls, kicks or pulls up to stand. That's the main difference from ordinary booties.
Are they good for first steps?

Yes. The sole bends right over, so the foot works almost as if it were bare, while the pattern grips on smooth floors. That combination is exactly what's useful at this stage.
Can they be washed?

Yes, they take a wash at a low temperature, which you'll need when they're worn on the floor every day. Let them air dry afterwards, so the rubber sole doesn't go stiff.
