Can I use it with a newborn?

Yes, from about 3.2 kg using the newborn setting that comes with it, where the head and neck are supported and the face is always clear.
Is the hip seat safe for my baby's hips?

The wide seat holds your baby's knees higher than their hips in the recommended M position, which supports healthy hip development.
Is the hip seat hands-free when I use it on its own?

No, the hip seat on its own is a carrying aid and not hands-free, so always keep one arm around your child when the back panel isn't fastened.
Can two parents share the same carrier?

Yes, the adjustable hip belt and straps make it easy for both parents to use, but always adjust the straps before you put it on.
