What is the delivery time?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, Monday to Saturday. Overall, you can expect your package to arrive within 4–9 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow the delivery all the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within Denmark and the United Kingdom. Our focus is on providing the best possible experience for our customers. If this changes, we will naturally inform our customers.
How does your return policy work?
If you wish to return an item, you have 60 days from delivery. Send an email to support@tryjunior.com and we will guide you through the process.
How long does a refund take?
After we have received and reviewed your return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. After this, it may take some additional time for the amount to be visible with your bank or payment provider.
Are my personal details safe?

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Start by checking the tracking link in your shipping email. If more than 7 business days have passed since dispatch and the package still hasn't been delivered, please contact us at support@tryjunior.com.
