Materials, care and size

MATERIALS
BPA-free plastic with magnets set inside. Smooth, rounded edges.

VERSIONS
36, 72, 108 or 144 pieces. The split between rods, balls, arcs and wheels is shown in the maker's photos for the larger sets.

STORAGE
A box with a lid and a handle is included.

SIZE
The measurements of the individual pieces aren't given. The rods come in several lengths, and the balls can be gripped with a whole hand.

From 3 years, always with an adult nearby.

Wipe with a damp cloth.

SAFETY - MAGNETS
The pieces contain magnets. If a piece breaks the magnet can come free, and magnets are dangerous to swallow: if a child swallows two or more they can pull together through the bowel wall, and that needs a doctor immediately. Check the pieces regularly, throw away any piece with a crack straight away, and count them up after play.
Which size should I choose?

36 pieces is enough for one build at a time and plenty for a small child. 72 and 108 leave room for bigger structures and for two children to build their own. 144 is the set that doesn't run out halfway through a project.
What can you build?

Vehicles, houses, animals, towers, windmills and flowers. Inspiration sheets are included showing a range of models, but most of it ends up being something your child invents, precisely because the pieces don't lock into a set pattern.
Are the magnets strong enough?

The maker highlights strong magnets, and the builds in the photos hold their shape at height. A structure can of course come apart if it gets knocked over, and that's part of the point, since the pieces have to be rebuilt.
What age is it for?

The maker says from 3 years and always with an adult nearby. Please read the safety note about magnets. The set shouldn't be out while a child who still puts things in their mouth is in the room.
