SAFETY
Magnetic pieces must be kept away from children who put things in their mouths. Count the pieces up after play, and throw a piece away if the magnet comes loose from the card.
What's in the six themes?

'Face' and the two dressing-up versions are about putting together a face or an outfit. 'Jobs' is about dressing figures for different professions. 'Ocean' and 'transport' are scenes where sea creatures or vehicles can be placed. The structure is the same in all six.
Can it be used on the go?

Yes, and that's one of its best features. The pieces hold with magnets instead of sitting loose, and the book closes like a folder. It works in the car, on the train and in a waiting room, where a jigsaw would end up on the floor.
What does the play teach?

Language and storytelling, as your child sets up a scene and explains what's happening. The face versions also build reading emotions, because your child chooses which eyes and which mouth belong when someone is happy, cross or sad.
What age is it for?
