SAFETY - PLEASE READ
A 27 mm cube is small enough for a young child to swallow or choke on. We do NOT recommend these for children under 3, whatever the maker's marketing says. For older children, use them with an adult nearby and pick them all up after the bath, including any that have drifted under the tub.

What age are they suitable for?

We don't recommend them for children under 3. The cubes are 27 mm, small enough to be a choking risk. The maker's own text mentions toddlers and babies, but we don't agree, and we'd rather say so plainly.
How do they turn on?

On their own. The cubes have a sensor in the base that reacts to water, so they start glowing when they go in the bath and switch off when you take them out. There is no button.
Can the battery be changed?

The maker doesn't say, and the casing is described as sealed and waterproof, which usually means it can't. Email us before you order if that matters to you.
Can they be used for anything other than the bath?

Cubes like these are also used as LED ice cubes in drinks and as table decoration. They're happy in water, so they work just as well in a washing-up bowl, a paddling pool or a bowl on the table on a dark evening.
