Does the pillow help with a flat head?

The open centre relieves pressure on the back of the head, which with regular use can help. If you're worried about your baby's head shape, do speak to your health visitor or doctor.
What age can my baby use the pillow from?

The pillow is designed for babies from 0 months and can be used all the way to toddler age, always with an adult supervising.
Do I need to watch my baby while the pillow is in use?

Yes, the pillow is only for use with an adult actively supervising and shouldn't be used while your baby is unsupervised.
Can the pillow be used anywhere other than the cot?

The pillow is versatile and can be used in a baby swing, a bouncer or a pushchair, so the head is supported wherever the day takes you.
